By using this website, requesting a quote, or placing an order with KRT Prints, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

1. About us

KRT Prints is a UK business providing custom printing and embroidery and related services, based at Unit 14 Fusion, Magna Business Centre, Magna Way, Rotherham, S60 1FE. You can reach us on 01709 945025 or at info@krtprints.shop.

2. Quotes and orders

Quotes are based on the details you give us, including garment or product, quantity and decoration. An order is confirmed once you accept the quote and we have received payment. Because every item is custom made or personalised, an order cannot be amended once production has started.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We take full payment before work starts, which lets us order the correct stock for your order. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect a quote you have already accepted.

4. Artwork and proofs

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any logo or design you send us. We provide a proof for approval before production. Once you approve a proof, that is what we produce, so please check it carefully.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, postal services or events beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, or on collection from our studio. See our delivery information for more.

6. Returns and refunds

All of our products are custom made or personalised. In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, custom or personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.

We will offer a refund or replacement only where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photographs, so we can put it right.

7. Intellectual property

The content on this website, including designs, images, text and logos, is the property of KRT Prints and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the value of that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
